The replacement request must be raised within 24 hours after getting the delivery.
• Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc)
• The reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)
Delivery of the wrong product, another color, or model (wrong product).
Delivery of defective/damaged product.
Delivery of the products with missing parts.
If there is any problem with products the date of receiving should be informed. No complaint will be accepted and no return will be made on the next day of receipt.
If the "hologram sticker" attached to the product is removed, the product will not be returned.
In case of return, if reasons 1 and 2 are organized then Tech Den will bear “return and delivery charge”.
In case of return, except for reasons 1 and 2, if there is any problem related to the product or any other reason, the buyer has to bear the charge of "return and new delivery".
In case of a warranty product, the buyer has to bear the charge of "return and new delivery".

Damages due to misuse of the product
Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
Products with tampered or missing "hologram sticker"
Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
